Step 1: Client Consult
We start the process with a on-site visit and consultation. The first visit consists of answering any questions you may have, brainstorming to get a good feeling for your needs and budget, as well as assessing the property in which the pool will be installed.
Step 2: Design & Proposal
After our site visit and brainstorming session, we then go to the drawing board and create a 3D version of your vision. We construct a detailed layout for you to look at and make changes (as needed) to create your perfect backyard oasis. Once we have your approval with the design, we will create a proposal and bid that will include a detailed scope of the work that will be performed.
Step 3: Contract/Deposit
Once you've approved design/equipment/price then we proceed to contract and collect the deposit.
Step 4: Submit for Permitting
When the building permit application has been signed and the Notice of Commencement recorded, we submit the permit to your county building department and upon approval, can begin the build process.
Step 5: Build
From forming/digging the pool, installing your tile/deck – you will begin to see your dream pool become a reality.
Step 6: Final Clean / Fill & Balance
Once the starup equipment is installed and running, we will provide a thorough orientation on the proper use, care, and maintenance of your new pool and it’s equipment. Proper care will result in many years of your trouble free enjoyment! You are NOW ready to enjoy your new backyard oasis created by Sunshine Pools!
